My work with Mackenzie has been life-changing and I am overdue for sharing my appreciation and recommending her to you! 

I first met Mackenzie through one of her workshops and was impressed with her level of expertise and knowledge. Aside from the years spent cultivating her practice, she has a strong knowledge base built from researching and referencing various information sources (I mean, she actually scours through books and articles- and not just the internet- which speaks VERY highly to me as a healthcare practitioner with a doctorate level degree). 

I hate to admit this but I was very skeptical at first about the 1:1 work. But I needed help and she seemed like a kind, loving, and soothing presence. I had been doing years of therapy, medication management, and a pretty good amount of healthy lifestyle changes. When I started working with Mackenzie I was having a significant amount of anxiety from life's 'challenges.'  A lot of stress from family, work, global events, and a change in medication had tipped me over. As I understand it now, I needed some serious root chakra healing. 

Although Mackenzie does not put herself out there as diagnosing or treating medical conditions- I can tell you her bedside manner surpasses that of many. Her ability to listen, hold space, and partner with people in their healing intentions is unparalleled.  I've been working with her for a year now and have seen and heard the 'testimonials' of those that occasionally attend a workshop who speak to the same experiences. Personally, I feel she has provided me with individualized care, including resources, tools, and recommendations to deal with whatever life presents. Also, she is ultra-organized, which tremendously helps me. 

I really could go on and on. But the bottom line is: I feel calmer, more loving towards myself and others, and more connected to Mother Earth. I've gone from feeling that I was 'just surviving' to now 'creating' the life I want. My advice if you are contemplating working with Mackenzie: try it and give it a few weeks- you will not regret it!
